Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree with 4-year relevant work experience

Primary Responsibilities

 Experience in calibration of all laboratory Equipment’s, concrete and asphalt, batching,

mechanical and electrical instruments

 Ensuring that established policies and procedures are implemented and followed accordingly and

assuring that calibration procedures are adequate to international standards like ASTM, BS, EN

etc. and that new ones are prepared as needed. Provide technical support and guidance to the

calibration personnel.

 Checks the operational performance, maintain and repair of existing instrument in accordance

with procedures, standards, limits, fits, tolerances, and guideline. Provide recommendations for

all new versions, improvements, modifications, upgrades, updates, fixes and additions.

 Preparation of Uncertainty budget, Calibration Measurement Capability (CMC), Calibration

procedures, reports and all documents as per requirements of ISO17025. Check the worksheets

and calculations are verified before final certificate.

 Attend the customer’s technical clarifications. Conduct review of the specific service requested

by customers to determine the work capability.

 Ensure implementation of company QMS in the laboratory Informing the Quality Department

about non-conforming work.

2.Calibration Technicians

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma Degree or 2-year relevant work experience

Primary Responsibilities

 Experience in calibration &; Use various tools to calibrate electrical, mechanical and laboratory

equipment.

 Follow the equipment operating instructions from manuals or approved work instructions in

accordance to ASTM, BS & EN etc.

 Keep laboratory work surfaces and equipment under use clean and tidy in all circumstances.

 Monitor and record the environmental parameters on regular basis and report out of tolerance

conditions to Supervisor.

 Ensure self-compliance to Laboratory policies and procedures in line with ISO 17025.

 Report any abnormal conditions with reference to equipment and reference standards to

supervisor.
