Location Manager

 Three-year Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition from an internationally

recognized institution.

 Advanced Level Certification in Food Hygiene, Health and Safety.

 Certified in HACCP (Level 4) Principles and Practices from a recognized organization.

 Minimum 10 years work experience in a Reputed hospitality and Catering operation, in similar

position.

 Should have certification in Essential Food Safety Training (EFST) issued by the Abu Dhabi Food

Control Authority (ADFCA)

 Well versed in English

 Computer literate, minimum of MS Office

Hygiene & Safety Officer

 Degree in Engineering or Science from a recognized organization

 Evidence of recognized trainings in HSE Course(s) in General Industrial Safety, Construction

Safety, and other required subjects.

 Minimum 5 years work experience in a Reputed hospitality and Catering operation, in similar

position

 NEBOSH Course.

 Should have certification in Essential Food Safety Training (EFST) issued by the Abu Dhabi Food

Control Authority (ADFCA)

 Well versed in English

Head Chef

 Higher Secondary School Certificate

 Qualified through City and Guilds 706/1/2/3 Level, vocational qualification or equivalent from

internationally recognized Culinary Institution.

 Intermediate Food Hygiene, HACCP Level 3.

 Minimum 6 years work experience in an Industrial Catering operation in similar position

 Able to communicate fluently in English

 Should have certification in Essential Food Safety Training (EFST) issued by the Abu Dhabi Food

Control Authority (ADFCA).

Waiter

 Higher Secondary School Certificate

 Six Months Certificate craft course in Food & Beverage Service Management.

 Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2).

 Minimum 5 years work experience in an Industrial Catering operation in similar position.

 Able to communicate fluently in English

 Should have certification in Essential Food Safety Training (EFST) issued by the Abu Dhabi Food

Control Authority (ADFCA)

Storekeeper

 Higher Secondary School Certificate

 One-year Diploma / Certificate in Materials Management.

 Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.

 Minimum 6 years work experience in an Industrial Catering operation in similar position.

 Able to communicate fluently in English.

Room Boy

 Secondary School Leaving Certificate

 Adequate experience and training in room service / Kitchen.

 HACCP awareness training certificate from a recognized training provider.

 Minimum 2 years working experience in similar work

 Able to speak English.

Recreation Officer

 Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

 Good knowledge of different sports regulations and rules

 Minimum 3 years work experience in a large Spa/Club in similar position

 Computer skills

 Able to communicate fluently in English.

Administration Officer

 Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

 Basic Food Hygiene & Safety Certification.

 Certification in Typewriting & Shorthand Skills.

 Certification in PC skills in MS Office, ICDL, etc.

 Able to communicate fluently in English.

Maintenance Supervisor

 Secondary School Leaving Certificate, Diploma in respective discipline.

 Have completed a Diploma course a Polytechnic Institute.

 Possess good knowledge of various types of equipment in connection with the repair and

service of different types of machines and equipment. In addition to knowledge and experience

in civil works.

 Can also deal with Carpentry, Masonry pipe fitting and civil tasks.

 EFST/Level 2 qualifications and HACCP awareness training repeat every 2 years. Internal

refresher training to be received annually.

 Minimum 6 years working experience in similar work.

 Computer skills

 Well versed in English

Carpenter

 Secondary School Leaving Certificate.

 Professional in repairing and handling the aluminum works for the aluminum technician.

 Have completed a certificate course in carpentry conducted by Carpentry Institution

 Minimum 5 years working experience in similar work.

 Can speak English

General Technician

 Secondary School Leaving Certificate.

 ITI/DIPLOMA

 Possess good knowledge of various types of equipment in connection with the repair and

service of different types of machines and equipment.

 Minimum 5 years working experience in similar work.

 Can speak English

Reefer Technician

 Secondary School Leaving Certificate.

 ITI/DIPLOMA

 Have completed a certificate course in refrigeration & Chiller

 Possess good knowledge of various types of equipment in connection with the repair and

service of different types of machines and equipment, mainly with refrigeration and kitchen

equipment.

 Minimum 5 years working experience in similar work.

 Can speak English
