DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Light/Medium Vehicle Qatar driving license must needed

2. Defensive Driving Certificate

3. Dangerous goods handling certificate

4. Knowledge of light/medium vehicle maintenance is beneficial

5. Need to fulfil daily vehicle inspection before starting duty to maintain daily checklist.

6. Knowledge of local area geographical layout, traffic rules and regulations

7. Ensure assigned vehicle is left in a clean and hazard-free condition

8. Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situation

10. Knowledge of area roads

11. It is important to log incoming and outgoing trips helps to keep track of the successful delivery of products or personnel

12. Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management

13. Ability to solve basic problems that may arise on the job such as traffic or route changes

14. The applicant must be in good physical condition and able to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs

15. Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours

16. Able to meet deadlines in a timely manner despite traffic or route changes

17. Deliver the materials and documents to the various location around Qatar as per the supervisors’ instructions

18. Attend to any urgent calls from the Warehouse and diverting the delivery accordingly

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Valid Qatari driving license (Heavy) with minimum 5 years driving experience.

2. Navigating routes with knowledge and data of roads and traffic conditions

3. Highly skilled in driving light and heavy vehicles. 4. Competent at checking the vehicle for problems and performing pre/post-trip maintenance tasks.

5. Knowledge of city streets, routes, and addresses.

6. Thorough understanding of motor vehicle engine functionality.

7. Familiar with all traffic laws and regulations 8. Capable of lifting heavy items.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School Graduate or Diploma in any disciplines from a recognized university / board.

Note: All the originals of qualification certificates shall be attested from country of origin by their respective board of education and Ministry of Foreign affairs to verify qualifications and credentials.
