POSITION DESCRIPTION “Required”

The employee will performs the following functions:
1. Process Release Purchase Orders.
2. Performs verification of Contracts# invoices.
3. Procures Short Forms and Mid Form Contracts.
4. Performs Contactors# Pre-qualifications and Contractors# Safety Pre-qualifications
5. Prepares Final Release Agreement and Contract Close-out.
Saudi Aramco: Company General Use
6. Prepares various Management Reports and Analysis.
7. Assist Contract Proponents in the administrations of SFCs, MFCs and LFCs.
8. Serves as Proponent Representatives in Long Form Contracts (LFCs) and Amendments
procurements.
9. Participates in the preparation of scope of work for various contract services.
10. Participates as the contract proponent representative on the Bid Review Team charged with
development of a realistic Company position on contract terms and the negotiation of these
terms.
11. Helps prepare the analysis or bid responses, negotiation offers and counter offers for specific
contract.
12. Aids in the preparation of Company Estimates or works with the Company estimating functions in
the preparation of Estimates.
13. Negotiates with contractors as part of a negotiating team comprised of Contracting and contract
proponent representatives. Helps to prepare responses and helps to represent the proponent in
Claim Review Panels.

bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Mechanical Engineering or Industrial
Management discipline. MBA is desirable.
3 years' experience in the petroleum or related industries. Work experience in
auditing, accounting and contracting techniques and procedures is desirable.
At least 5 years professional experiences in contracts procurements and
administrations and/or accounting or auditing, and related
Experience; preferably in petrochemical environment.
Must be fluent in written and oral English.
COMMENTS
Project management path is preferable.
