1.Location Manager:
Three-year Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition from an internationally
recognized institution.
Advanced Level Certification in Food Hygiene, Health and Safety.
Certified in HACCP (Level 4) Principles and Practices from a recognized organization.
Minimum 10 years work experience in a Reputed hospitality and Catering operation, in similar
position.
Should have certification in Essential Food Safety Training (EFST) issued by the Abu Dhabi
Food
Control Authority (ADFCA)
Well versed in English
Computer Skills
UAE Driving License is a must on Islands and Onshore sites

2.Continental Cook:
Higher Secondary School Certificate
Qualified through City and Guilds 706/1/2/3 Level vocational qualification or equivalent from
internationally recognized Culinary Institution.
Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.
Certified in HACCP Principles and Practices from a recognized organization.
Minimum 5 years work experience in an Industrial Catering operation in similar position.
Able to communicate fluently in English.
Should have certification in Essential Food Safety Training (EFST) issued by the Abu Dhabi
Food
Control Authority (ADFCA)

3.Cook -Indian:
Higher Secondary School Certificate
Qualified through City and Guilds 706/1/2/3 Level, vocational qualification or equivalent from

HACCP awareness training certificate from a recognized training provider.
Minimum 2 years working experience in similar work
Able to speak English.

8.Waiter:
Higher Secondary School Certificate
Six Months Certificate craft course in Food & Beverage Service Management.
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2).

Minimum 5 years work experience in an Industrial Catering operation in similar position.
Able to communicate fluently in English

9.Store keeper:

One-year Diploma / Certificate in Materials Management.

Minimum 6 years work experience in an Industrial Catering operation in similar position.
Able to communicate fluently in English.

10.Laundryman:
Higher Secondary School Certificate.
Minimum two years specialized training in laundry operation / Management.

11.Housekeeping Supervisor:
