Designation: Machine shop maintenance technician-Electrical
Reporting to Foreman
Qualification –Mandatory ITI
Qualification – Optional Diploma in Mechanical Engineer
Experience- Mandatory Minimum 5 years experience in Machine Shop
Responsibilities Able to work in Day and night shift
Maintain good house keeping and safety standards
Follow all QMS requirements consistently
Mechanical maintenance of conventional machines
Technical requirement Experience in Electrical maintenance of following machines
Lathe
Milling
Horozontal boring machine
Cylindrical grinding machine
Vertical turrent lathe
CNC machines
Software skills CNC Programming
Language abilities Able to speak and understand English & Hindi
Preferred skills Minimum 5 years experience in machine maintenance
Salary offered 200-250 OMR per month
Accommodation Shared accommodation in technician villa
Status Bachelor
Transport Company provides transportation
Working time Sunday through Thursday
Friday and Saturday on overtime basis as and when required
Willing to work in day and night shift
Vacation 30 days per year
Air ticket A fixed amount will be paid by company for return ticket as per company policy.

Experience on CNC programming
Salary offered 200-220OMR per month

4.Designation Engineer- Thermal Spray
Reporting to Division Manager
Qualification –Mandatory Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineer
Qualification – Optional BE in Mechanical Engineer
Experience- Mandatory Minimum 5 years experience in thermal spray/HVOF
Roles and responsibilities Handle thermal spray, HVOF and mud rotor refurbishment activities.
Direct the team of spray operators and polishers.
To take job instruction, drawings & checking instruments from Machine
Shop In-charge.
Commitment to QHSE system & policies, Ensure the team is using PPE
on shop-floor.
Ensure the machine is working in proper condition, if any problem
report to Machine Shop In-charge.
Ensure to work in safe & Effective manner.
Maintain house-keeping on shop floor & working area.
Technical requirement Understanding engineering drawing
Thermal spray and HVOF supervising experience
Experience on measuring instruments
Software skills Command on MS word and Excel
Language abilities Good command over English in written and verbal communication.
Good verbal communication in Hindi
Preferred skills HVOF

7.Designation Planning Engineer
Reporting to Machine Shop In-charge
Qualification –Mandatory Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineer
Qualification – Optional BE in Mechanical Engineer
Experience- Mandatory Minimum 10 years experience in Machine Shop
Roles and responsibilities Develop process plan for individual projects (jobcard)
Ensure the process plan with approved document is prepared before
start of any work.
Ensure and material of requirement (BOM), tooling requirement, and
method to execute the work and CNC program is ready.
Ensure that the techcniains are following the process strictly and
traceability is maintained.
Technical requirement Exposure to API 7-1 ,5CT threading & API manufacturing
Ability to interpret the engineering drawing to machining sequences
Selection of right process and tooling
Exposure to conventional machining like Turning, Milling, Boring, CNC
machining, Grinding etc.
