  1.Designation : Sales Executive

Qualification requirements: Minimum 3-5Years’experience in Freight forwarding industry. Qatar. Driving License is Mandatory

Job Description:

Attending enquiries and providing quote to all enquiries for export GeneralCargo/personal effects/vehicle export and import/Project cargo/overse as agent enquiries Identifying new customers and opportunities tomainta in revenue growth.

  Attendingtelephoneenquires&walk-incustomers 

 Doregularcustomervisits&Survey 

 Negotiation with different shipping lines/airlines & getting lower rate & Update in the ERP Follow Up with customers and agents for quote denquires and up datingin ERP. 

 Instruction to warehouse for packing/loading/collection & arranging transportation.

  Site visit & supervising the packing & loading of personal effects and General cargo’s. 

 Coordination with transport/clearance until completing the export procedure. 

 Export documentation & B/L instruction to shipping line and updating their system. 

 Documents verification with the clients/agents.

  Pre-Alerts to the Destination agents 

 Invoicing,Payment Collection & File Closing 

 ShipmentTracking&UpdatingtoClient&InERP 

 Daily & Weekly/System update & Report Submission

  LostEnquiryEvaluationonaweeklybasis 

 Attending & Handling Customer Complaints 

 Achieving/exceeding the individual monthly revenue target stipulated by the company. 

 Prepare MIS report/submission etc. 

 Handle any other works assigned by Management/HOD. 

 Responding to the Enquiry within the given time frame 

 Execution of the confirmed Enquiry/Job 

 Update & Maintain the rates in the ERP rate program 

 Follow the company policies to achieve the sales target 

 Payment collection 

 Track/Monitor the packing crews on a day-to-day basis & arrange tool box meeting prior to the execution of job. 

 Timely closing the file after execution 

 Escalating unusual situations to the higher level 

 Behavior with the customers as per the policy

Work Description:

Handle the all commercial/sales activities in Qatar for all Liner agency net works under Aero & ICSS  Ensure that export and import sales targets and KPIs set by AFC management are met.

  Promote all lines on behalf of AFC/ICSS in Qatar. 

 Proactively manage the daily Operations of the Freight Services Division to include all Sea, freight forwarding activities. 

 Leadanddirect all Sales,Business Development inline with the company strategy to expand their services within global Market. 

 Offer competitive products & services to the market through efficient operations,smart pricing policies and innovative operations 

 Actively develop client relationships and be responsible for delivering services that meet the market requirements and offering smart solutions to secure new business. 

 Operate and manage Liner services by offering unique services in order to attract new clients. 

 Maintain current clients by providing accurate and timely replies to all customer enquiries including rate quotations,service/schedule information,and any other information as required.

  Develop and maintain close contact with major clients through regular telephone calls and sales visits.

  Sending sales leads which related to import & export shipments. 

 Perform market research and competition analysis for each service in quarterly basis. 

 Negotiate with principals to obtain the required rates to secure business opportunities providing they do not under cut prevailing market rates Assist in the preparation of any reports required by the principals. 

 Maintainan organized filing system for all documents relevant to area of activities.

  Proactively participate in the development of the department and company. 

 SOC containers selling 

 Provide freight quotation to customers and negotiate till its finalization
