DOCUMENT /AUTO CAD OPERATOR DUTY &RESPONSIBILITIES
o Develop and implement processes related to documents control
o Education minimum a degree qualifier
o Computer knowledge, excel, word, auto cad, outlook, emails etc.
o Monitoring processes.
o Setting up project failing systems.
o Teaming up with other documentation groups.
o Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
o Generate the various document control reports as required.
o Typing of site documents, and follow up of all the site needs
o Makes sure that controlled copies suppliers as applicable
o Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.
o Auto cad drawing (CAD) experiences in advantage.
o Quick learning skills (new systems operations)
o Known languages English ,Hindi in advantage
