Brief Role Description:
Coordinates with other functional managers to ensure correct implementation of project
guidelines, contracts, and other related procedures. Coordinates and perform quality
audits for the implementation of work process and contract procedures. Must have
thorough knowledge of commercial and quality assurance/control methods, practices,
international codes and standards, and procedures. Ensure project objectives are met.
Responsible for obtaining the necessary commercial and quality resources to plan and
execute the work.
Minimum Requirements (e.g. previous experiences and specific skill requirement
in addition to any Education requirement)
Has experience in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure
industries, and has commercial and quality assurance/control management experience
or mega project
Duties and Responsibilities: Expected responsibilities and % of time spent on
each one
1. Project/T&I implementation quality check
2. Project/T&I execution QA/QC
3. Gate readiness
4. Provides quality assurance inspection for equipment repaired in Aramco or contractor
shops.
5. Inspects components during strip down to determine cause of failure and verify repair
work required; notifies user department of cause of failure for inclusion in preventative
maintenance records.
6. Witnesses ""in-progress"" and completed job repairs and tests. After acceptance of
completed repairs, prepares all Unit and user- requested documentation according to
established procedures.
7. Assists with inquiries into site failure of equipment inspected and accepted by the Unit;
writes reports on the investigation and performs special studies and field research as
required.
8. Maintains Unit records and reference files such as test equipment/tool inventory and
loan records, calibration of test equipment records, repair record system and a technical

9. Ensures that all parts and materials used in equipment repair are correct for the intended
application and that they are installed according to Aramco and manufacturers'
standards.
10. Performs calibration of Aramco and contractor-owned test equipment according to
established schedules.
11. Reviews, monitors and generates status reports for on-going work, as directed by 10%
12. Ensures that equipment repair/reconditioning/ modification work is completed on
schedule."
