Qualification & Experience Required

 

1. Min. qualification – Technical / Engineering Diploma within the relevant subject ( Chemical / Process Engineering )

2. 3 years of training experience 

3. 5 years of industrial experience within the oil & gas industry

Specific Description of Work: 

• Provide on-job evaluation and job certification (Upon request) for maintenance and PSD crafts “Machinist, Metals, Electrical, PCS, Planner, ESO and Vibration and compliance with safety and quality control. 

• Evaluators will complete all relevant documentation as the employee                                       performs the assigned task(s).

• Evaluators will question employees' performance motives for task steps; record the employee's answers on Task Evaluation Sheet and evaluates the responses. 

•  

•           Evaluators will ensure all specific tasks are signed off and dated by  mentors(s) before signing off the Job Tasks Standards (JTS) certification tasks via SAP    

• system. 

• Evaluators will enter reason(s) on JTS evaluation form when an employee's task performance is unsatisfactory. 

• Evaluators explain the reason(s) for any unsatisfactory task performance to the employee and mentor. 

• Evaluators will report the JTS completion results to training tracking system   coordinator for updating the master sheet.

• Evaluators will coordinate with proponents to do ICCP tests for the applicable job roles and grade code.

Qualification & Experience Required

 

Specific job requirements: 

• Each position requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in the same field. 

• Each candidate must understand the industrial evaluation and certification process related to JTS system. 

Each candidate must have excellent English skills min of level 5 or equivalent.
