Department Machining and Surface Engineering Services

Reports to Divisional Head

Liaises with Machine Shop In-charge and other division supervisors

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Handle thermal spray, HVOF and mud rotor refurbishment activities.

2. Direct the team of spray operators and polishers.

3. To take job instruction, drawings & checking instruments from Machine Shop In-charge.

4. Commitment to QHSE system & policies, Ensure the team is using PPE on shop-floor.

5. Ensure the machine is working in proper condition, if any problem report to Machine

Shop In-charge.

6. Ensure to work in safe & Effective manner.

7. Maintain house-keeping on shop floor & working area.

8. Act as machine shop in-charge while he is on leave.

9. Report Quality, production and improvements weekly to divisional head.

 

Skills and Experience :Thermal spray and HVOF supervising experience

Qualifications : Diploma or Degree in Engineering
