Division MSES

Designation Machine Shop Incgarge

Reporting to Machine Shop In-charge

Qualification –Mandatory Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineer

Qualification – Optional BE in Mechanical Engineer

Experience- Mandatory Minimum 10 years experience in Machine Shop

Roles and responsibilities Exposure to API 7.1 ,5CT threading & API manufacturing

Understand the client/sales requirement and transfer the information to

technician and foreman

Prepare drawing or coordinate with design team to make drawing

Prepare process plan for all the jobs executed under MSES

Maintain all QMS documents

Plan and schedule the day and night shift work

Maintain internal job request from other divisions

Maintain proper safety and housekeeping

Liaise with planner and procurement team for proper material follow-up

Technical requirement Understanding engineering drawing

Selection of right process and tooling

Exposure to conventional machining like Turning, Milling, Boring, CNC

machining, Grinding etc.

Exposure to welding and thermal spray

Basic understanding of welding and mechanical assembly

Experience on measuring instruments

Software skills Command on MS word and Excel

Language abilities Good command over English in written and verbal communication.

Good verbal communication in Hindi

Preferred skills Exposure to API 7.1 ,5CT threading & API manufacturing

Experience on CNC programming

Experience in repair jobs

Planning and scheduling skills

Salary offered Negotiable

Transport Company provides transportation

Working time Sunday through Thursday

8am to 5pm

Vacation 30 days per year

Air ticket A fixed amount will be paid by company for return ticket as per company

policy
