Division MSES

Designation Foreman

Reporting to Jr. Supervisor

Qualification –Mandatory Diploma in Mechanical Engineer

Qualification – Optional Degree in Mechanical Engineer

Experience- Mandatory Minimum 10 years experience in Machine Shop

Responsibilities Able to work in Day and night shift

Schedule the work for each technician

Able to explain the work scope to technician

Liaise with interdivisional personnel to execute work

Conduct tool box talk

Maintain good house keeping and safety standards

Follow all QMS requirements consistently

Technical requirement Understanding engineering drawing

Selection of right process and tooling

Experience in operating machining like Turning, Milling, Boring, CNC

machine, Grinding etc.

Basic understanding of welding and mechanical assembly

Experience on measuring instruments

Experience in Jigs and fixture development

Software skills Command on MS word and Excel

Language abilities Able to speak and understand English & Hindi

Preferred skills Exposure to API 7.1 and 5CT threading

Experience on CNC programming

Experience in repair jobs

Planning and scheduling skills

Salary offered 250-300 OMR per month

Accommodation Shared accommodation in technician villa

Status Bachelor

Transport Company provides transportation

Working time Sunday through Thursday

Friday and Saturday on overtime basis as and when required

Willing to work in day and night shift

Vacation 30 days per year

Air ticket A fixed amount will be paid by company for return ticket as per

company policy
