1. NDT Level III

A Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/ Material Science or its equivalent.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• American Society for Non-destructive Testing, Non-destructive Testing - ASNT III in ultrasonic testing (UT) Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Penetrant Testing (PT).
• EN ISO 9712- PCN Level III in Ultrasonic testing (UT) Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Penetrant Testing (PT).
• Additional certification courses related to the field would be an advantage such as PAUT, TOFD and Welding Inspection.
• Expert in Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Radiographic Film Interpretation (RFI) and awareness
• ASNT /PCN Level III in ultrasonic testing (UT) & penetrating radiation (RT), liquid penetrant testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT).
2.Supervisor -Fitter
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma / Industrial Training Certificate in engineering or equivalent. Other qualifications with relevant field experience also cane be considered.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• First line supervision experience in ship yard / heavy industries.
• Familiarity with Offshore fabrications/New building project works with at least 3 years of experience in Lead position.
• Thorough knowledge and experience in Offshore structure fabrication and new building fabrication
• Ability to read, interpret and follow method statements and procedures, specifications, drawings, and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation.
• Thorough Knowledge of structural drawings and offshore standards
• Thorough knowledge in various types steel works, steel structures and welding procedure specifications
3.Supervisor -Welder

• Welding qualifications
• Diploma / Industrial Training Certificate in engineering or equivalent. Other qualifications with relevant field experience also cane be considered.
JOB DESCRIPTION

• Familiarity with welding works with at least 3 years of experience in a Supervisor/Lead position
• Thorough knowledge and experience in Offshore structure fabrication and new building fabrication welding requirement
• Ability to read, interpret and follow method statements and procedures, specifications, drawings, and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation
• Thorough knowledge about welding sequence and requirements
• Thorough Knowledge of offshore standards
• Thorough Knowledge of welding machines

4.Quality control technician

• Qualified NDT
• ITI/ Trade Apprenticeship. Other qualifications with relevant experience also can be considered.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• At least 3 years in Offshore fabrication/ shipbuilding
• Quality Control / NDT Inspection experience both ''in process'' and ''post production''.
• Good Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook etc.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow method statements and procedures, specifications, drawings, and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation
• Thorough Knowledge of structural drawings and offshore standards
• Knowledge welding procedure Specification
• Knowledge of welding defects and causes of defects
• Basic knowledge about Auto Cad.
• Capable of interpreting various international codes & class rules.
• Knowledge of NDE / NDT Techniques and standards.
5.Dimensional control Technician
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
3 years
QUALIFICATIONS
• ITI or Trade Apprenticeship. Other qualifications with relevant experience also can be considered
• Certification about dimension control jobs.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Atleast 2 years in shipbuilding / Oil & gas / Offshore dimension control or 3 years relevant experience in diemnsion control
• Hands on experience on Sokia Total station is preferred
• Good Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook etc.
• Knowledge about Auto Cad.
• Good knowledge about structural and offshore drawings
• Capable of interpreting various international codes & class rules.
• Good Knowledge of optical alignment instruments like Total station (3D) and auto level (2D). (Make : Sokkia)
• Basic knowledge about trouble shooting of instrument
6.Structural (Steel) Fabricator (Fitter)
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

QUALIFICATIONS
• Primary education, able to read, write and communicate in simple English language.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Offshore Structure fabrication Jobs
• Good Knowledge of fabrication of Offshore structures and outfitting jobs
• Knowledge of structural drawings and offshore standards
• Knowledge of marking, Gas cutting and beveling
• Basic Knowledge of Tack welding
• Knowledge of steel shape sections, plates & pipes.
• Knowledge of structural alignments
• Basic Knowledge of structural repair and quality standards
7.Steel Welder
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

QUALIFICATIONS
• Primary education, able to read, write and communicate in simple English language.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Offshore Fabrication Jobs like Topside/Module/Jacket/Boat landing/Piles etc.
• Minimum certification / qualification in SMAW (Arc) and FCAW (CO2) welding activities in 3G ,4G, 6G/6GR positions.
• Knowledge of welding machines
• Knowledge of welding consumables and handling.
• Knowledge of welding consumable handling.
• Knowledge about grinding Jobs
• Knowledge of hazards associated with welding fumes and electric shock.

8.Blaster /painter
